This Phoenix area corporation is seeking a SAP ABAP Developer who has played a key role in the full-life cycle of implementing SAP ECC.
Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Experience with FICO or Core Merchandising enhancements or modifications
- Develop programs for data conversions and interfaces using MDM, LSMW, BAPI, IDOC, BDC and other transaction update methods
- Proficiency and expertise in programming using ABAP objects in developing interactive reports, dialog transactions, enhancements, interfaces and conversions as required by business
- Extensive knowledge and experience with SAP development tools and technologies such as ABAP Work Bench, User-exits, Interfaces, IDOC, BAPI's, BADI's, Sapscript, Smartforms, CMOD/SMOD, Function Modules, RFC, and ALE
- Assists SAP Analysts in developing Technical Specifications for RICEF objects
- Define standards, guidelines, and naming conventions on how to document the technical objects for a complex SAP environment
- Responsible for technical design, development and implementation related to new and existing technical objects including Reports, Interfaces, Data conversions, Enhancements and Forms, and Workflow
- Work with business to understand functional requirements and incorporate the requirements into clear, conceivable technical design
- Work with SAP deployment teams to provide technical knowledge, resolve design issues and perform functional QA reviews at various stages of the implementations
- Develop ABAP code for creating new and modifying existing ABAP reports, users exists, and custom interfaces, using BADIs, BAPIs and dialogue programs
- Leverage enterprise application implementation expertise with specific SAP products across functional business areas
- Utilize technical area expertise to assess, select, manage and implement enterprise application components, and to ensure that the technical solution solves the business problem
- Select, implement and measure the success of packaged solutions for enterprise modernization
Position Requirements:
- Strong technical experience within SAP environment to design, develop and implement technical solutions to support RICEF development
- 8+ years of full-cycle SAP technical development using ABAP experience in large scale, phased deployment implementations
- Proven experience in implementing SAP , BW and utilization of LSMW
- Proven experience in working in a team environment with fixed delivery dates and strict scope control
- Proven ability to act in a consulting/educating manner for novice or junior ABAP development staff
- Demonstrable experience in analysis and design with the ability to recommend design alternatives, create documentation, and resolve highly complex problems and tasks
- Experience working with process design and requirements gathering
- Experience in the Retail Environment is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills, results oriented and have the ability to integrate into a cross functional team
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Familiarity with the Agile(Scrum) Development Framework and ASAP methodology

Phoenix based company is looking to add a Quality Assurance Analyst II to their current team. The position is responsible for supporting the company's business objectives including but not limited to Financials. This person will evaluate and test software programs to verify that programs function according to design documentation and standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identifies, analyzes and documents defects, questionable functions, errors and inconsistencies in software program functions, outputs, online screens, content and security.
- Follows Quality Assurance (QA) and Risk Analysis testing procedures to ensure all computer applications are defect-free, compatible, adhere to company and department standards and meet customer requirements.
- Participates in QA reviews and validation of requirements and specification documents.
- Creates, documents, executes, tracks and analyzes test plans, test scripts and test cases.
- Works closely with the User Documentation team in the preparation of customer documentation for tested applications.
- Assists Software Development team with Help Desk support calls as needed.
- Adheres to established timelines, remedy ticket guidelines and procedures for delivery of quality solutions which are defect-free, meet company standards and customer requirements.

Position Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Software Tester.
- Must be experienced testing SAP ERP Foundation Package - FI/CO, preferably someone that was part of an initial implementation or upgrade.
- Strong skills with HP Quality Center.
- Experienced with SAP Solution Manager.
- Experienced with writing, designing and executing functional tests to verify correct functionality that meets business requirements and business goals.
- Experienced with analyzing test results to identify functional and configuration defects.
- Comfortable collaborating with project team(s) during test design and execution.
- Possesses strong communication skills and sharing testing progress, test results and other relevant information to management and team.
- Familiar with PCI / Credit Card industry requirements.
- Experienced coordinating/assisting business with UAT and training.
- Excellent communication, organizational, customer service and problem-solving skills required.
- High school diploma or GED required. Bachelors Degree in Computer Information Systems or equivalent technical training is preferred.
