Debbie Frazelle, the owner of Professional Search, graduated from the University of Arizona in 1975 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. She majored inMarketing and minored in Accounting. Upon graduation, a national retail corporation employed her, both in their corporate and regional offices. Debbie held positions in Human Resources, Training and Advertising.

In 1979, Debbie became an executive recruiter for Datacon, Inc., an international search firm in Los Angeles specializing in the placement of Information Systems individuals. She was Manager of Training and Recruitment until shee moved back to Arizona in 1982. She was subsequently hired by International ExecuSearch Limited as their Assistant General Manager of Technical Recruitment.

In April of 1989, Debbie started her own executive search firm, Professional Search LLC. In January of 2001, Professional Search LLC became Professional Search, Inc. Professional Search specializes in the placement of permanent and contract Information Systems personnel. Professional Search has successfully placed numerous individuals nationwide, in positions ranging from Programmers to Chief Information Officers and other executives. Many of our clients attribute their growth and success to the fine candidates obtained through Professional Search's recruiting services.
