Professional Search Inc. is an Arizona Corporation specializing in the placement of Information Systems personnel, in both permanent and contract positions. Professional Search has successfully placed numerous individuals nationwide, in positions ranging from Programmers to Chief Information Officers and other executives. Many of our clients attribute their growth and success to the fine candidates obtained through our recruiting services.

We are included on a number of exclusive corporate-approved agency lists, and in many cases, we are the primary agency they contract on numerous job searches. Debbie Frazelle, President and Founder

Debbie graduated from the University of Arizona in 1975 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. She majored in Marketing and minored in Accounting. Upon graduation, a national retail corporation employed her, utilizing her skills in both the regional and corporate offices. Debbie held positions in Human Resources, Training and Advertising.

In 1979, Debbie became an executive recruiter for Datacon, Inc., an international search firm in Los Angeles specializing in the placement of Information Systems individuals. She was Manager of Training and Recruitment until she moved back to Arizona in 1982. She was subsequently hired by International ExecuSearch Limited as their Assistant General Manager of Technical Recruitment.

In April of 1989, Debbie started her own executive search firm, Professional Search, LLC. In January of 2001, Professional Search LLC became Professional Search, Inc.

Debbie continues her role today as President of Professional Search, Inc. and is our chief recruiter.

Christine Siller - Office Administrator

Christine (Chris) Siller is the office administrator for Professional Search. She has been working for us since 1998, when her family moved to Arizona from Michigan. She takes care of the behind the scenes management of the office, including all bookkeeping, database management, computer networking and troubleshooting, website design and maintenance, and client and applicant relations.
